La 13ème rencontre du Réseau Européen des Praticiens en Appreciative Inquiry à Zagreb en Croatie

Nous serons présents à Zagreb pour la 13ème rencontre du Réseau Européen des Praticiens en Appreciative Inquiry. C’est toujours une excellente opportunité de rencontrer des praticiens de l’Europe entière. La Croatie cette année accueille pour la première fois notre réseau. Cela se passera du 30 mai au 1er juin. Nous resterons une journée de plus pour participer au Board du réseau dont nous sommes un membre actif.

La prochaine rencontre après la Croatie sera aussi pour la première fois accueillie en France, à Chartres du 7 au 9 novembre 2012.

Nous souhaitons ainsi affirmer notre investissement dans toutes les instances importantes où l’Appreciative Inquiry est discutée, développée.

Wednesday 30 May
09.00 – 12.30   Introduction in Appreciative Inquiry (AI)
In this mini workshop first time participants will receive an introduction in AI which provides participants understanding of the core principles and assumptions of AI, and which will enable them to fully participate in the 2 day program.

12.30 – 13.30    Optional: Lunch – ca. € 10

Wednesday 30 May
13.30 – 17.00  Registration and check-in ceremony;
                        Members of the European AI Network and Croatian participants meet each other (again) in networking.
15.30 – 16.00    Presentation of company projects – signing up for these.
16.00 – 17.00    Check-in ceremony
17.00 – 19.00    Walking through the old town with interesting sights and stories, with a local guide.
19.00 -             Optional: Traditional Croatian dinner – ca. € 30 excl. drinks

Thursday 31 May
09.00 – 09.30    Opening of the 13th network meeting; intro participants
09.30 – 09.45    Introduction to our program
Following the 4 phases of the 4-D cycle we will discover our individual and our combined strengths. This will enable us to exchange our visions and dreams for a strong and effective European and Croatian AI network and the way we will realise and implement that.
09.45 – 10.45    Discovery Phase
10.45 – 11.00    Break – tea- coffee
11.00 – 12.15    Dream Phase in subgroups
12.15 – 13.15    Plenary exchange of the Dreams
13.15 – 14.15    Lunch
14.15 – 15.30    Design Phase in subgroups

16.30 – 17.30    Designing tomorrows company visits in the company subgroups

Friday 1 June
09.00 – 09.15   Opening and creating subgroups
This morning we will visit Croatian organisations in different sectors in subgroups.
Every organisation has a ‘problem’ on a tactical or strategic level where we will offer free AI-consultancy.
Everybody will be back for a lunch together at the venue.
09.15 – 12.30     Company visits in Zagreb; return at lunchtime.
12.30 – 13.30     Lunch
13.30 – 14.30     Plenary exchange of the company visits.
14.30 – 14.45     Program items for afternoon
